Major Website Update

Hello Everyone!

I am very happy to announce that after months of development, we're finally ready to release a brand new version of the CZQM Website!

This release is Phase 1 of a 3 phased release schedule you can expect to see over the remainder of the year. This update includes a complete rewrite of the website from the ground up to allow for ease of further development.

Please let me know if you come across any bugs or have any feature request via email or discord.
